GE and IBM/Rational Clearcase

Goal is to have G.E. to be able to parse a clearcase clearmake file and distribute distributable tasks to GE execution hosts. This is important for G.E. to be adopted as a Grid solution in a corporate environment who use clearcase as their Source Code Management tool.
